How it works

After our initial contact, where you share with me (Anna) your wishes and expectations, we begin with a first longer coaching session (ideally 1,5 hours). Hereafter, each session can be anything between 30 minutes to several hours depending on your needs and preferences. I work with a unique and holistic process (called Into Essence), and may use various different modalities (such as Body Wisdom, EFT Tapping, Voice Dialogue, and the Enneagram). You will notice postive changes after only one session, but if you seek lasting and profound changes, it is often a good idea to have two sessions or more. Where we meet

As a rule, all coaching sessions are made via Zoom or phone. Zoom enables us to see each other’s faces, which can provide a more nuanced experience. Sometimes, however, it can be easier to meet over the phone to set aside the visual impressions so more easily focus on your emotions and physical sensations.

If you do wish to meet physically, we will try to find a quiet place outdoors, for example in a park or garden, in Stockholm. If you live outside Stockholm, the coaching will always take place via Zoom or phone.

NOTE: From January 2021, all calls are made via Zoom or telephone, until further notice.

How often we meet

How often we meet is up to you. You are always welcome to email or call spontaneously, and we will book a time that suits you.

If you know in advance that you want three or more calls, we can set up a plan, where the coaching takes place regularly, for example each or every second week. This gives you a more favorable total price.

Regardless of how you choose to set up the coaching over time, we will always take into account all important pieces of the puzzle, ie your beliefs, thought patterns, emotions, important experiences (including trauma), and any physical symptoms.

How much it costs

The following prices are for sessions via Zoom or phone.*

Standard price: 800 SEK/hour

Try it out, one hour: 600 SEK/hour**

Full-time students or retired persons: 600 SEK/hour.

* For physical sessions, special price will be set by agreement.
All prices include 25% VAT. Invoice are sent by email or post.

**After special agreement beforehand; only for the first hour.
